STUDIO A Sales Terms and Conditions on products Exchange, Return & Refund

  1. All Apple products (Include: iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Beats and apple accessories) are not Exchangeable OR Refundable
  2. All malfunctions related to Apple products and Apple Watch, Beats will be handled by Apple’s Authorized Service Providers. not Studio A.
  3. Exchange of All Third Party Products if the quality problem of the goods must be done within 7 days from the purchase date with original invoice to the purchase of the store to replace(Except Case Screen Protector).
  4. Exchange of product (iPad, iPhone, iPod, Apple Watch, Beats and apple accessories are not exchangeable) is accepted ONCE only based on the first invoice, given that packaging has not been damaged.
  5. All goods (excluding Apple Products) WITHOUT complete packaging will not be accepted for return. If the package has been damaged and the customer still wants to return the product. 20% of the product Retail price will be charged as penalty.
  6. Exchange OR Return of the product (excluding Apple Products) will not be accepted if the damage of the product were caused by human behaviour.
  7. Software, Data card, Bose and Games cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  8. Customers are required to check whether the Macintosh computer is in good conditions upon purchase. If the customer refuses to do so, Studio A Technology Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages of the items sold afterwards.
  9. Customers who purchased Macintosh computers are eligible to exchange them within 7 Days if the problem is Functional failure. Please refer to detailed terms and conditions below.
    1. Functional failure includes: Mac OS, Boot failure, and Hardware failure (includes DVD Drive, Keyboard backlit, Keyboard, Trackpad, FaceTime camera Malfunctions, etc.) Please Bring the Official invoice with original package when returning the computers.
  10. For any malfunctions related to Macintosh computers after 7 days of purchase, please contact Apple’s Authorized Service Providers for maintenance & warranty issues.
  11. All ordered items have to be collected within 3 months from the “order Date”. If your order remains uncollected after 6 months from the mentioned date, we shall have the right to dispose of your order at our absolute discretion and you shall have no claims or rights in relation to this order for refund or whatsoever.
  12. Studio A technology company Ltd. reserves the rights on final decision.

* If any variance of above terms and conditions occurred, final decision will be made by Studio A Technology Limited.
